7. The electric heating blast system consists of a resistance wire heating tube, a fan and a duct. The operation of the fan is used to force the exchange of hot and cold air in the working chamber to improve the uniformity of the temperature field in the working chamber.

1 , the use of environmental requirements:

C. It should be placed in a stable, level, no serious dust, no direct sunlight, no corrosive gas in the room;
D. There should be enough space around the product, which should not be placed directly below the fire alarm;

2 , vacuum pumping method:
1) Close the door and screw the door handle into place, close the bleed valve (turn the hole on the rubber plug 90° to the hole on the vent valve), and turn on the vacuum pump (rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise), first For the second use, the vacuum valve knob switch is tight and can be rotated by force.
2) Connect the vacuum connection box (outer diameter 16mm) and the vacuum pump (2XZ-2 type, the outer diameter of the inlet port 16mm) to the vacuum drying tube (inner diameter 16mm wall thickness 10mm) (6090 and 6210 type) Already connected). Turn on the vacuum pump power supply and start pumping. When the indicated value of the vacuum gauge reaches -0.1Mpa, turn off the vacuum valve and then turn off the vacuum pump power supply to prevent the vacuum pump oil from flowing back into the working chamber. 3 , vacuum box debugging:
After the vacuum degree is debugged, the following operations can be performed:
1) Turn on the vacuum box power supply, then the power indicator light should be on (6090 and 6210 models should be turned on separately)
Switch) The temperature controller is energized and self-tested. The PV screen displays the temperature measured in the working chamber. The SV screen displays the temperature set at the factory. The corresponding indicator on the temperature controller lights up, indicating that the instrument enters the warm working state.
2) Modify the set temperature
Press the function key SET of the temperature controller, after the SP screen displays the SP character, use the shift key, plus key, minus key to modify the set temperature (6090, 6210 type should be set separately for 2 and 3 meters respectively) ).
3) Timing setting
During the working process of the instrument, press the minus or plus button, the SV screen displays the remaining time (minutes), and then press the minus or plus button to return. Modifications to the timing must be made in order to enter the system parameters, and will not take effect until the meter is turned back on.
(Note: When the timing function is not used, the “T” displayed on the PV screen must be zero, that is, T=0. The timing function is calculated from the setting and entering the working state, so the set time must be considered. .)
4) When the temperature in the working chamber is close to the set temperature, the OUT1 light will be on and off, indicating that the heating enters the PID adjustment stage. The meter sometimes measures the temperature exceeding the set temperature, and sometimes the temperature below the set temperature is normal. When the measured temperature is close to the set temperature, wait for 1 to 2 hours and then the studio enters a constant temperature state, and the item enters the drying stage. Note: When the required temperature is low, the secondary setting mode can be used. For example, the required working temperature is 70 °C, the first time is set to 60 °C, the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, and the second time is set to 70 °C. This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
5) When the item is dry, turn off the power. If it is accelerated to cool down, open the bleed valve to make the vacuum level 0. Wait for about 5 minutes and then open the door (so the door will not open immediately).
4. If the humidity of the dry matter in the working chamber is large, the generated moisture will affect the performance of the vacuum pump. It is recommended to insert a “drying/filter” between the drying box and the vacuum pump. Our company can be equipped with an intake valve as required (specified in the contract).
Note: If the vacuum pump is normal and meets the technical requirements and cannot be vacuumed, open the door and use the wrench in the product accessory to tighten the door buckle on the box and shorten it to close the door. This vacuum drying oven cannot be used as an electric drying oven. Because the working chamber is not in a vacuum state, the measurement temperature is extremely different from the actual temperature in the working chamber.
Third, DZF-6000 series vacuum drying box precautions and maintenance
1. The vacuum box casing must be well and effectively grounded to ensure safety.
2, the vacuum box should be placed around a certain distance, 50cm ~ 100cm.
3. The vacuum box should be used in an environment where the relative humidity is ≤ 85%, there is no corrosive gas around, no strong vibration source and strong electromagnetic field. Do not put perishable, flammable and explosive materials in the vacuum box.
4. The vacuum box should be placed in a well-ventilated room with no flammable or explosive materials around.
5, the vacuum pump can not work for a long period of time, so when the vacuum reaches the requirements of dry goods, the vacuum valve should be closed first, then the vacuum pump power supply should be turned off. When the vacuum is less than the requirements of the dry items, then the vacuum valve and the vacuum pump power supply are turned on, and the vacuum is continued. This will extend the life of the vacuum pump.
6. If the items to be dried are wet, it is better to add a filter between the vacuum pump and the vacuum box to prevent moisture from entering the vacuum pump, causing the vacuum pump to malfunction.
7. Dry items should be light weight and small in size (small granular shape) after drying. Vacuum should be added to the working chamber to prevent the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) from being inhaled by the dry matter.
8. After the vacuum box has been used for many times, the product cannot be vacuumed. At this time, the door seal should be replaced or the door buckle on the box should be adjusted to extend the distance. When the vacuum drying temperature is higher than 200 °C, slow air leakage will occur (except 6050, 6050B, 6051, 6053). At this time, remove the back cover of the box and loosen the heater base with an Allen key. Solve the type seal or tighten the heater base.
9. If the rubber plug of the bleed valve is difficult to rotate, it can be coated with a proper amount of grease for lubrication.
10. In addition to maintenance, the left side cover (except 6090 and 6210) cannot be removed to avoid damage to the electrical control system.
11, the vacuum box should always be kept clean, the door glass should not be tested with a reactive chemical solution, apply a soft cotton cloth test.
12. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, apply the neutral grease to the exposed plating parts to prevent corrosion, and put on the plastic film dust cover and place it in the dry room to avoid damage to the electrical components. use.
