â–  The drum consists of four parts: the upper cover, the adjustment ring, the bottom cover with a hollow shaft and a tubular drum. Four symmetrical fins are placed in the axial direction of the drum so that the liquid entering the drum quickly reaches the rotational angular velocity of the drum. The separated liquids are respectively discharged from the two liquid outlets at the upper end of the drum, and respectively enter the two liquid accumulation trays, and then flow into the tanks, tanks and the like.

â–  The drum and spindle are suspended by a flexible coupling on the spindle pulley. The spindle pulley and other components form the nose portion. The upper end of the main shaft is supported on the buffer rubber block of the main shaft pulley, and the rotating drum is suspended from the lower end of the main shaft by a coupling nut. The hollow shaft on the bottom cover of the drum is inserted into a sliding bearing set on the frame, and the sliding bearing set is locked to the body by the handle; the sliding bearing is equipped with a shock absorber and can float in a horizontal plane.

â–  The outer casing of the centrifuge, the door of the box, etc., are the protective cover of the drum, and at the same time, part of the frame, and the inlet has a lower part. After the material enters the feed port, it enters the drum through the replaceable nozzle and the hollow shaft of the bottom cover.

â–  The motor is mounted on the upper part of the frame to drive the pinch roller and flat belt to rotate and rotate the drum. The centrifuge is in equilibrium, so each rotating part must be protected.

Precautions for use:

1. The rotor head is strictly prohibited from colliding or scratching. Once the rotor is removed, it is protected with a protective nut.
2. Before each boot, the oil cup rotates half a turn, and grease is added to the lower bearing.
3. Each time you turn on and off, you need to use a constant current pump to pump water into the flushing parts.
4. After the end, remove them in the reverse order of installation. The solid objects inside the drum should be treated with special tools, then cleaned with water to prevent collision and scratches.
