1 CT equipment common faults

1.1 In the case of a failure of the ray tube, for example, a rotating anode type failure occurs, and a large rotating noise can be heard during the detection and judgment. The failure of the filament is mainly caused by the filament being broken, resulting in no radiation. 1.2 High-voltage generation failure During the use of CT equipment, inverter circuit failure, breakdown, high-voltage capacitor ignition, breakdown, etc., the above-mentioned faults easily blow the corresponding fuses and other devices, resulting in failure to expose, and an exposure There are cases such as automatic protection interruptions. In the process of exposure, a sudden interruption occurs, and there is a message indicating that the high voltage is seriously wrong. The training and debugging steps in the debugging program should be used for testing and debugging. You can use low kilovolt (KV), small milliamp (mA) (80KV, 20mA) for short-time exposure operation, check the device to record KV, mA data, if the KV does not show large abnormal fluctuations, but it appears The phenomenon of current asymmetry between the anode and the cathode is small, and further detection can find that the filament current is almost no. At this time, there should be a problem in the X-ray tube filament circuit. The cathode high-voltage plug can be taken out and measured with a multimeter at both ends. If the resistance of the filament transformer is very small, but the cathode resistance of the bulb is infinite, the filament can be judged to be broken, and only the X-ray tube needs to be replaced. After replacement, the CT can return to normal working condition.

1.3 High-voltage cable failure In the process of use, the more common fault is due to the looseness of the joint, resulting in sparking, high-voltage over-voltage or under-pressure, etc., the CT equipment with earlier acquisition time, because the high-voltage cable and X-ray tube rotate The frequency is high, causing wear and tear, which can cause internal short-circuit and fire, and blow the corresponding fuse, which cannot be used normally.
