The bottle entering the carbonated beverage filling machine is held by the bottle holder on the lifting cylinder and is held up and lowered by the cam. After the open valve receives the bottle signal, the time delay is opened, and the CO2 back pressure line is turned on until the pressure inside the bottle is equal to the pressure in the cylinder. Returning to the cylinder, when the increasing liquid level seals the exhaust pipe and the pressure inside the bottle is higher than the pressure in the cylinder, the filling is stopped. After the filling process is finished, the filling valve is mechanically closed by the closed valve cam. .
The CO2 at the neck of the bottle is slowly released by the exhaust cam (note that the exhaust should not be too fast, otherwise it is easy to bubble), and the filling is finished. After the filling is completed, the bottle mouth is lowered away from the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottle-clip transition wheel. The rotary knife on the capping machine of the carbonated beverage filling machine catches the bottle neck and keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and self-rotating on the capping machine, and realizes the capping, capping, capping and capping action under the action of the cam, and completes the whole capping process.
