Pure white mushroom, mushroom color white, delicate taste, good toughness, resistance to storage and transportation, the market price is higher than the ordinary oyster mushroom. However, its poor resistance, often leads to low yield and low efficiency. In recent years, some mushroom farmers have gone through the practice and have found out some cultivation experiences and gained good results. The following are for reference.
First, place selection
Choose uncultivated edible fungi, mildew-free sources, well-drained steel greenhouses or greenhouses. Disinfect and sterilize the site before germination. Place four iron drums (or iron pans) containing a few flammable wood shavings evenly in a 200 square shed. Add 2.5 kg of sulphur to each bucket and close the greenhouse after lighting. Fumigation 1 to 2 days.
Second, nurture the original species
The parent species should introduce multiple strains from different units and use the preferred mushrooming test. The original culture material formula: 80% of cotton shell, 15% of bran, 3% of bean cake, 1% of gypsum, 1% of lime, and 5 bottles of original species per mother species. The original species was cultured at a constant temperature of 22°C and checked once a week. The suspected strains were removed to ensure the purity of the strains, and the original strains with rapid germination and mycelial growth were selected for use.
Three, two stages of mushrooming
When the bacteria sticks will be jointed, you can break the bag and mushroom. In the upper part of the two ends of the fungus bar, a 4 cm long shiitake was used. After the break, spray water to moisturize, 7 days or so can be fruiting, the first tide mushroom conversion rate of up to 60%. The conventional cultivation of the second tidal mushroom yield is relatively low, and the cultivation effect is better when the first tidal mushroom is used. The method is: After the first tidal mushroom is finished, the fungus bar is divided into two stripping plastic bags standing in the soil in the shed, the incision is down, the bacteria bar separated by about 1 cm, covered with dry fine soil, filling the gap between the bacteria bar. Cover to the top of the bacterium and pour nutrient water (1% urea, 1% sugar, 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5% lime, and a small amount of gemcithin) to cover the soil until it is completely moist. After watering, the mushrooms can be cultivated in 10 days, and the biological efficiency of the second tide mushroom can reach 50% or more. After the second tidal mushroom, the bacteria bed is allowed to dry for 3 to 5 days, and then the nutrient water is poured. Generally, 4 tidal mushrooms can be collected, and the total biological efficiency reaches 180%.
Fourth, timely harvest
Pleurotus ostreatus can be harvested in seven mature seasons. When the mushroom cover is not yet flattened and the spores have not yet been ejected, the mushroom color is good, the weight is heavy, and the yield is high. Otherwise, yellowing of the mushroom cover is liable to reduce the yield and quality and affect economic efficiency.
