The industrial coating process includes the production process of coating preparation, surface pretreatment (degreasing, removing old paint, etc.), coating (including primer, intermediate coating, topcoat, varnish), leveling and drying. The paint exhaust gas is mainly derived from raw materials such as paint and exhaust gas generated during spraying and drying. Paint paint mist and organic solvent will be produced during painting. The composition is consistent with solvent and diluent. The main components are toluene, xylene and other hazardous substances.
