Some species and indicators of higher social concern, such as melamine in dairy products and infant formulas, aflatoxin B1 in wheat flour, Sudan red in egg products, etc., all three-year sampling samples were all qualified. Of the 2532 batches of infant formula milk powder sampled in 2016, 0.9% of the samples did not meet the national food safety standards, and 0.4% of the samples met the national standards but did not meet the express values ​​of the product packaging labels. The rate of non-conformity was lower than that of 2015. 0.2%.
