1. Examples of extraction of flavonoids

(1) In the extraction of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba, the extraction rate of conventional boiled for 4 hours was 56.5%; at room temperature, extraction for 10 min, the extraction rate was 82.6%, extraction was 30 min, the extraction rate was 88.3%; at 40 ° C, extraction by circulating ultrasonic extraction machine At 30 min, the extraction rate was 91.6%, which was higher than that of conventional ginkgo flavonoids extracted at 100 ° C for 6 hours.

2. Examples of extraction of alkaloids

When extracting Cistanche tubulosa from Cistanche deserticola with methanol, ultrasonic extraction for 30 minutes is equivalent to conventional extraction for 24 hours and reflux at 80 °C for 5 hours.

4. Examples of ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides

When extracting polysaccharides from Cistanche deserticola, the ultrasonic extraction time is higher than the conventional extraction for 24 hours and the 100 ° C reflux for 6 hours.

When extracting sulfated polysaccharide from kelp, ultrasonic extraction at 30 ° C for 20 minutes, the same sulfate ester polysaccharide extraction rate can be achieved by boiling (100 ° C) extraction for 5 hours.

5. Examples of ultrasonic extraction of tea polyphenols

Tea polyphenols and catechol were extracted from tea leaves, and the total amount of tea polyphenols and catechins was increased by 40% compared with 100 °C water extraction for 30 min at room temperature. The obtained polyphenols and catechol samples had no traits. The difference does not change the structure of the components of tea polyphenols and catechol.
