The results include the following:

(1) Using shiitake mushrooms, Grifola frondosa and Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body as tested materials, a hot water extraction method with less investment, high efficiency and easy operation was selected, and all the indexes of the obtained polysaccharides reached the level of PSK of similar products in Japan;

(2) Two kinds of lentinan, Lew and Lea, were extracted from the cap of Lentinus edodes by hot water extraction and lye extraction. After separation and purification and physicochemical measurements, it was proved that these two types of township sugar were in the lentinan family. new member;

(3) The mushroom rinsing machine developed has a reasonable structure and is easy to operate. The ergonomics is increased by 30 times by hand. The processed mushroom is loose and soft, with good color, aroma, and taste. The palatability is good and the quality meets the relevant standards. The successful development of the mushrooming machine has filled the domestic gap;

(4) Adding 15% of lentinus edodes to grow-finish pigs was 12.9% faster than the control and the feed cost was reduced by 16.6%. The mushrooming machine and mushroom processing technology developed by this research have been transferred to Hubei Yuan'an. The comprehensive utilization of mushroom mushrooms has been promoted and applied, and good economic, social, and ecological benefits have been achieved.
