Storage and storage of feed additives

1. Keep it cool and dry. Long-term preservation of feed additives must be done under low temperature and dry conditions. When the stored temperature is between 15 and 26 degrees Celsius, the unstable nutritive feed additive will gradually lose its activity, and the summer temperature will be high and the loss will be greater. When the temperature is 24 degrees Celsius, the stored feed additive can lose 10% per month, and at 37 degrees Celsius, the loss is 20%. Drying conditions are also important for preserving feed additives. When the air humidity is high, the feed is prone to mildew. Due to the reproduction of various emblem organisms, general feed additives are easy to absorb water. Thus, a water film is formed on the surface of the additive to accelerate the denaturation of the additive.

2. The influence of melting point, solubility and pH of feed additives on storage and storage. Feed additives with low melting point have poor stability. The melting point begins to decompose at 17-34 degrees Celsius. The easily soluble feed additive is easily decomposed in a liquid state due to its low content. Some feed additives are sensitive to pH. In a humid environment, the emblem of the feed additive is easy to form a wet film, so it produces a certain acidity and affects stability.

3. The effect of storage period and particle size on the quality of feed additives. The fine-grained feed additive has poor stability and can cause a loss as the storage time is prolonged. Vitamin feed additives are stored at low temperatures and in dry conditions, and the monthly natural loss is 5% - 10%. For the storage of any kind of feed additive, the high-pressure can cause the particles to deform, or after pressing, the surface of the adjacent component forms a thin film, which increases the exposed area and thus accelerates the decomposition.

4. Add antioxidants, anti-fungal agents, reducing agents, stabilizers. In order to avoid the occurrence of similar ferrous sulfate, ascorbic acid, sulfite reducing sugar iodine, etc., causing some feed additives to oxidize or reduce, destroying its solid cost, adding appropriate amount of antioxidants and reducing agents to the additive feed is very necessary. The feed is prone to deliquescence in a humid environment, and mildew occurs under the action of bacteria, mold and other emblemous organisms. Therefore, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of antifungal agent to the feed. Different stabilizers have different effects on additives. For example, when capsule vitamin A is compared with fat vitamin A, when stored in a humidity of 70% and a temperature of 45 degrees Celsius, the cod liver oil vitamin A titer can be found after 12 hours. The loss is the biggest, and the capsule has the highest potency.
