Founded on September 16, 2014, Inno Bio is a high-tech enterprise that develops and produces biotechnology products. Yingnuo Bio has a registered capital of 30 million yuan, the company holds 70% of its equity, and the company's controlling subsidiary, Dikang Zhongke, holds 30% of its equity.
At present, Inno Bio has completed the preliminary investigation and demonstration of the project. On January 15, 2015, Yingnuo Bio and the West China Hospital of Sichuan University signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on the project R&D cooperation, and have basically confirmed the initial investment. In terms of technology development, software development, product development and other aspects involved in project R&D, partners in related fields have reached preliminary cooperation intentions.
As the project is in the initial stage of development, it is now in the research and development stage, and the subsequent investment progress, project construction period and project income will be specifically accounted for according to the progress of the project and the relevant approval procedures and information disclosure will be carried out.
According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly carry out strategic cooperation for the development of 3D bio-printing business, and Yingnuo Biotech will invest funds to launch 3D bio-printing product R&D projects. The amount of investment will be subject to the approval of Inno Bio-rights; West China University of Sichuan The hospital gave Yingnuo's necessary academic and technical team and space equipment resources support, and implemented application research and development with the support of enterprise project funds.
