Insect nets must not only be selected but also used well

For the prevention of pests in greenhouses, we must not only choose a good insect net, but also make full use of insect nets.

The insect pests in the insect-proof net sheds with a high mesh number are mostly small pests, such as whiteflies, hummocks, maggots, etc. They are small in size and difficult to find. It is understood that the current pest control network with less than 80 mesh has almost no good control effect on these pests, and these pest control nets mostly use polyethylene as the raw material and are made by drawing and weaving. Although the anti-aging ability is strong, the silk is too thick and weaves. Simple, in the case of frictional pull, the size of the mesh will be deformed, thus affecting the effect of insect resistance.

It is very important to choose a good insect-repellent net with a good insect-proof net, but it is more crucial to make full use of it. Some farmers used a 300-mesh high-mesh insect net, but insect pests still appeared in the greenhouse because the insect-proof net was not installed.

Really strict pest control and insect protection nets are not safe to put on, and some vegetable farmers have an insect net, but they are very loose. The wind may cause loopholes and make pests take advantage of opportunities. It is possible to put a "side trouser" around the insect net, put on the wire and fix it. By setting "side trousers" and tightly fixing the insect net and the shed film, the ground is tightly closed, there are no loopholes, and it will not be affected by strong winds.

Other measures to strictly enforce the import and export of greenhouses are also a way for pests to enter the shed, and can be shielded with insect nets. The front face of the shed is usually overgrown with weeds. The fast-growing weeds will upset the worm-proof nets and affect the pest control effect. Weeds on the front face of the sheds, especially the weeds on the ground floor of the worm-proof nets, should be promptly removed.

To achieve safe production of vegetables, agricultural control measures are very important. If agricultural control measures are done well, the base number of pests in the sheds will be greatly reduced, and in combination with other methods, pest control will not be difficult at all.
